Your role
DGL Group is currently seeking a skilled Graduate Technical Services Engineer to join their team at the Warana (QLD) site. As a Graduate Technical Services Engineer, you will provide technical solutions and guidance to Water / Wastewater industry clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily, weekly, monthly, monitoring and reporting on performance of chemical dosing systems.
* Monitor systems and respond to alarms: Continuously monitor online control systems to ensure clients equipment is functioning properly.
* Troubleshooting: Remotely identify and troubleshoot problems within systems or equipment. Detailing corrective actions and raising appropriate work orders to field staff.
* Assist in continuously improving Aquadex’s remote monitoring technology, through technology partnerships and collaboration with Aquadex’s dosing and control systems team.
* Contribute to key customer technical & operational reporting on a scheduled basis with a focus on product & service solutions.
* Assist with chemical dosing optimisation recommendations and specific chemical dosing solutions to meet the client’s technical requirements.
* Support technical surveys and programs. E.g. Unitywater SCOMP and H2S monitoring program.
* Continue to pursue in-depth product and service knowledge and acquire deeper knowledge of market and expand technical skills.
* Provide technical support to operational personnel as required.
* Undertake investigation analysis of technical and quality related issues and provide reports and recommendations to management as required.

About you
You are perfect for this role if you meet the following quallifications:
* Engineering or Science Degree – Chemical preferred.
* Ability to work autonomously.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities or circumstances.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
