As a key player in the sales process, your primary responsibilities will include conducting door knocking activities and arranging appointments with potential clients.

You will also be responsible for making cold calls and database calls to generate leads and expand the client base. In addition, you will assist in the preparation of listing kits and execute marketing strategies for properties. Your skills will also be utilized in maintaining and updating the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.

Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to provide top-notch customer service to clients, answering enquiries and addressing concerns. Furthermore, you will assist at auctions, open houses, and property inspections to support the sales process.

To be successful in this role, you must possess a genuine interest in property and sales. You will require an Agent Representative Certificate and full-time availability to commit to the demands of the position. Additionally, owning a car and having a valid driver's license is essential. A positive attitude, driven mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow within the real estate field are also required.
