* Lead feasibility studies and site acquisition analysis

Project Execution Excellence
* Orchestrate daily site operations across multiple high-profile projects
* Manage integrated teams including subcontractors, in-house trades, and suppliers
* Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards
Financial & Commercial Management
* Develop detailed project estimates and budget frameworks
