2. The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the
Group Sales Manager
will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the entire supply chain portfolio.
This is a senior leadership role with scope to
build and lead a sales team
, expand into
commercial and government markets
, and shape the future structure of the group.
3. Key Responsibilities
* Lead group-wide sales strategy across timber, steel, cladding, and hardware solutions
* Drive entry and growth in
commercial and government sectors
* Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team
* Develop and manage key client relationships (developers, builders, architects, consultants)
* Oversee major tenders, bids, and long-term supply agreements
* Collaborate with operations and marketing to deliver integrated group solutions
* Deliver against ambitious growth and revenue targets
4. About You
* Proven senior sales or business development experience in
construction, building materials, or supply chain sectors
* Strong understanding of
structural, timber, steel, or façade products
* Demonstrated ability to build and lead sales teams
* Commercially astute with a strategic, growth-focused mindset
* Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
* Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
