Our major development client is seeking a Safety Advisor to provide monitoring, assurance, and advisory services to theirAsset ManagementandProject Deliveryteams.
This relationship-focused role requires building trusted connections with external stakeholders and using clear, influential communication to drive safety expectations and compliance across project environments.
Key responsibilities
Provide strategic WHS advisory support across complex project and asset environments, with a focus on contractor safety and hazard management.
Deliver safety assurance activities, including site observations, risk reviews, audits, and safety management system reviews.
Act as a key point of contact for contractors and clients, influencing safe outcomes
Observe and evaluate safety culture, facilitating site-specific inductions and promoting leadership involvement.
Deliver safety assurance activities, including site observations, risk reviews, audits, and safety management plan implementation.
About You
Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (desirable) or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO ***** standards.
White Card.
Strong relationship-building, coaching, and communication skills.
