Reporting to the First Line Sales Leader, the Sales Representative will implement the vaccines strategy for key promoted GSK brands in their designated territory.Your territory will cover WA Perth South, Regional WA, and TAS (Hybrid virtual). It is expected that you will spend approximately three days per week in face-to-face appointments and non-appointment interactions with HCPs, and two days per week conducting virtual appointments.The Sales Representative will partner with healthcare professional customers with the objective to drive improved vaccination rates for patients at risk of vaccine-preventable diseases.Responsibilities include: Achieve territory business objectives for key promoted vaccines/GSK brands through alignment with brand strategy, including drivers of growth for key tactics and activities.Maintain high-level knowledge of GSK promoted brands, relevant disease states, and industry intelligence, including both promoted and non-promoted brands.Deliver and maintain high selling skills through Patient Focused Scientific Selling (PFSS), adapting call strategies as needed.Support GSK direct account customers and brand stockists with enquiries about products and business opportunities.Develop and execute a robust territory business plan, leveraging face-to-face and digital engagement channels to create personalized omni-channel experiences.Maintain a monthly business plan with data analysis, territory knowledge, objectives, and tactical plans.Support the implementation of high-value programs that differentiate GSK's profile with HCPs.Engage HCPs through digital means, conducting educational conversations and demonstrating agility in switching between in-person and virtual meetings.Qualifications for success: Experience in a field-based Sales Representative role within a large, global organization.Exceptional digital and technology skills, including virtual sales meetings.Clear and influential communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.Aptitude for science with the ability to relay complex information clearly.Strong commercial focus with account management and relationship-building skills.Excellent organization and time management skills.Tenacity and resilience.Act with integrity and care — "I do the right thing".Preferred qualifications: Highly customer & patient-focused.Bachelor’s Degree in a Scientific field.3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales.At least 1 year conducting virtual meetings.What’s in it for you: Competitive salary + car allowance + bonus.Ongoing training and career development opportunities.An inclusive organization that promotes diversity.Five Feel Good Days and a volunteer day annually.Flexible working environment.Being part of a growing global organization with a clear purpose and strategy.Why GSK?
