Responsibilities
* Client Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, offering timely and professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
* Administrative Support : Manage and organize client files, schedules, and documentation. This includes data entry, report generation, and ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
* Coordination & Scheduling : Coordinate appointments, meetings, and project timelines to ensure seamless execution. You\'ll need to use scheduling software to manage multiple calendars and ensure smooth operations.
* Technical Proficiency : Utilize and troubleshoot various software applications, including CRM systems, project management tools (like Asana or Trello), and communication platforms (like Slack or Microsoft Teams). A knack for quickly learning new technologies is a must.
* Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve client issues with a proactive and empathetic approach. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team members when necessary.
* Reporting : Generate regular reports on client interactions, support metrics, and project status to provide management insights.
