The Aged Care Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) is a vital member of the multidisciplinary health care team (MDT), delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents and supporting nursing staff across Leeton Aged Care unit.

About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) within Leeton Aged Care unit, you'll play a key role in shaping the skills, confidence, and success of the nursing team.
You'll lead the way in education and professional development, delivering engaging, evidence-based programs that empower staff to provide the highest quality of aged care.
Your leadership and mentoring will help ensure that residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred support every day.
In this role you will:
Deliver evidence-based, person-centred care aligned with professional standards and legislation.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes and wellbeing.
Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety, learning, and professional growth.

About You
Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly, to changing clinical priorities.
A commitment to patient-centred care, cultural safety, and continuous professional development.
Our facility is an identified NDIS service that will require the successful candidate to successfully obtain an NDIS Worker Check (NDISWC) prior to commencement of role.
