We are seeking a Full-Time Bose Territory Specialist to oversee a dedicated territory across Sydney. As the Bose expert in your region, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, delivering engaging training, and ensuring Bose delivers an exceptional in-store experience for both staff and customers.
This role is highly autonomous, hands-on, and relationship-driven—perfect for someone who loves retail, technology, coaching teams, and being out in the field.

Role Requirements
* Valid driver's license and own vehicle
* A genuine passion for technology and audio products
* 1+ Years experience in Retail (Consumer Experience highly regarded)
* Experience managing or influencing sales and/or promotional staff across multiple retail locations
* Proven KPI delivery within a similar retail sales environment (technology highly regarded)
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to adapt facilitation style to suit different audiences and environments
* High personal presentation and attention to detail
* High initiative to learn and maintain in-depth product knowledge across the Bose range
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales through impactful product demonstrations and training
* Train and educate retail teams on Bose products (1:1 and group sessions)
* Ensure merchandising standards are met and demo units are fully operational
* Resolve display issues and manage IRP ticketing efficiently
* Execute national and tactical initiatives; ensure reporting compliance
* Build strong relationships with retail partners and Bose stakeholders
* Coach merchandising teams to deliver high-quality in-store execution
* Provide insights to improve sales, training effectiveness, and program outcomes
* Complete reporting, logistics, and collaborate with internal teams
