About us:

You'll work across a diverse network of adult clinics, school dental clinics and mobile dental vans reaching communities throughout the region. From major centres to rural and outreach locations, the goal is simple, bring quality oral health care closer to the people who need it most.

About the role:

Step into a hands‐on Dental Therapist / Oral Health Therapist role where you'll deliver care within your scope of practice while making a real difference in community oral health. You'll educate clients, promote preventative care, and deliver evidence-based interventions tailored to individual needs.

You'll also play an active role in oral health promotion, supporting programs for individuals and groups, and helping build stronger awareness across communities. Working closely with senior clinicians, you'll contribute to improving service efficiency and strengthening therapist service delivery.

This role encourages growth, with opportunities to build your professional skills through ongoing learning, training and exposure to leadership and service development. Strong communication and teamwork will be key as you collaborate with colleagues, build positive relationships, and contribute to a supportive team culture.

About you:

* Possession of a Certificate in Dental Therapy (or equivalent) and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Dental therapist.
* Possession of a Bachelor of Oral Health (or equivalent) and registration within the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Oral Health Therapist.
* Radiation Use Licence issued under the Radiation Safety Act 1999, with an appropriate authority is mandatory for this position.
* Bachelor of Oral Health Therapy students in their final year of study are also eligible to apply.
* New graduates will have the opportunity to apply for entry into the Early Career Dental Practitioner Program (ECDPP), this program will provide opportunities in consolidating clinical skills, rotations in specialist clinics, mentoring, peer networking, regular case discussions, communication and wellbeing workshops, and career planning for the public sector.

What we offer:

Total monthly remuneration value of up to $11,047 p.m. is comprised of:

* An hourly rate between $43.68 - $58.59 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution

Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD) requirements:

It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.
