The exciting opportunity
* 12‑month fixed‑term, full‑time General Manager role, based at a contemporary residential facility in Perth's south‑east metropolitan corridor.
* Overall responsibility for residential operations, clinical governance, facilities, budgets, AN‑ACC and occupancy for one residential aged care home.
* Report directly to the CEO as part of the Executive Leadership Team, contributing to strategy, transformation and organisational performance.
* Lead the planning and operational input for the redevelopment of an additional residential home within the organisation's portfolio.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, GPs, allied health and other external partners to ensure seamless, high‑quality services.

About you
* AHPRA‑registered Registered Nurse with significant residential aged care experience and a strong grasp of clinical governance.
* Minimum 5 years in senior leadership (Facility Manager / General Manager / Operations or similar) within residential aged care.
* Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, accreditation, AN‑ACC, IPC, and legislative requirements, with a track record of maintaining continuous compliance.
* Demonstrated success leading highly engaged teams through change, with strong operational, financial and project management skills.
* Strategic, solutions‑focused leader who is hands‑on, approachable and confident engaging with residents, families, staff and external stakeholders.
