About the role
The Canteen Officer operates and coordinates the canteen store to support prison operations. The position provides on‐the‐job instruction and supervision to prisoners who work in this area. The role works with another staff member as part of a four‐person team in the canteen and is rostered alternate weekends on 10‐hour shifts.
