We're looking for an intelligent, friendly Optical Assistant / Receptionist to join our close-knit team. You don't need optometry experience — if you're great with people and have worked in a customer-facing role, we'll train you.

What You'll Do
* Welcome and greet patients
* Answer phone calls, book appointments, process payments and complete banking
* Perform preliminary testing before eye exams (full training provided)
* Help customers choose frames and provide product information
* Support the team to ensure the practice runs smoothly
What We're Looking For

* Previous customer service or retail experience (any industry)
* Professional presentation and reliability
