About the Role
You are seeking a stable, long-term career with a global company. As a key player reporting directly to the Sales Manager QLD, this role is the crucial connection between our customers, service technicians, and our sales team.
What You\'ll Do:
Attend customer queries over the phone or via emails
Process customer orders and invoicing
Prepare quotations for systems or products under the guidance of our technical experts
Contribute to stock control and warehousing activities
Participate in the procurement of products beyond our standard range
Provide general administrative support to the team, including organising sales meetings, seminars, team activities, emails and report management
Ensure the daily operational efficiency of the QLD Sales office, including the handling of goods deliveries and walk-in customers

Qualifications We Seek:
2–3 years' experience in a B2B customer service or sales support role
Eager and curious to learn about our products, solutions, and customers
Proven ability to handle phone calls professionally and efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Microsoft NAV and CRM systems is highly regarded
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Possession of a Forklift Licence and First Aid Certificate is an advantage
This is a full-time, office-based position
