We're looking for an experienced people leader to join our Margaret River store as Assistant Store Manager on a 6-month secondment. In this role, you'll lead and support a small, close-knit team, working collaboratively with the Store Manager while also taking initiative to operate independently. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about team development, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact in a dynamic retail environment.
