Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic management, planning, and implementation of the Integrated Monitoring and Alarm Security System (IMASS) and corporate-wide security infrastructure projects. You will ensure the continuous operability of critical communication equipment during emergencies while formulating the policies and procedures that govern technical security operations under the guidance of the Security Operations Supervisor.
* Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IMASS and security projects, including conducting corporate-wide facility inspections to ensure systems are operational and non-dilapidated.
* Manage the deployment of communication equipment specifically for calamities and emergencies, and conduct technical training for personnel on the utilization of advanced security systems.
* Review and update security implementing procedures (SIP) and formulate new policies governing IMASS operations to ensure alignment with corporate safety and quality standards.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree holder.
* Licensed driver.
* Strong technical knowledge of IMASS, ICT, and complex communication systems.
* Skilled in end-to-end project management, from requirement preparation to vendor and contractor coordination.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical system documentation for reporting and presentation purposes.
