The Kitchen Assistant is responsible for providing assistance in the preparation and serving of food and cleaning of the campsite kitchen under the direction of the Hospitality Coordinator and/or Cooks.
The role requires an industrious person, passionate about food and hospitality, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering excellent results for guests.ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation and serving of all meals as directed by the Hospitality Coordinator and/or Cooks.Assist with clean up after meals, including completing end-of-day and weekly cleaning checklists.Ensure safe food handling procedures are followed at all times.Collaborate with other Baptist Care SA employees.About youWe are looking for a reliable and energetic team player who thrives in a quick-paced kitchen environment.
