About the Position
This role is focused on promoting and selling courses to potential students, while also providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for demonstrating product knowledge to effectively communicate with potential students about course requirements.
Maintaining accurate records of student enrolment information and ensuring all enquiries are recorded in the sales tracking systems.
Following up with potential students to ensure their needs are met and that they receive a timely response to their inquiries.
Providing quotes and taking payments, as well as communicating with other departments as needed.
Collaborating with the careers team to create and review sales goals, and working towards building strong relationships with students and potential students.
