The Role
We are seeking ahands‐on, energetic Activities Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives outdoors, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences in a remote environment.
You will support the daily delivery of activities and tours, ensuring guests can safely explore and fully enjoy everything we has to offer.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of tours, hikes, and daily guest activities
* Assist with bookings, scheduling, and guest check‐ins
* Prepare equipment, vehicles, and gear for daily operations
* Provide friendly, informative, and safety‐focused guest experiences
* Work closely with the Activities Manager and broader team to maintain high standards
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in tourism, recreation, or hospitality
* A positive attitude and confidence interacting with guests from all backgrounds
* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in a remote environment
* Strong communication and time‐management skills
* Manual driver's licence essential
* First Aid and 4WD experience highly regarded
