Are you a strategic storyteller with a flair for digital engagement? Do you love crafting compelling content that connects, inspires, and engages the local community? We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Specialist to amplify our message and enhance our brand across Queensland and Victoria.
Essential Requirements and Experience
* Minimum five years of experience in a similar role, inclusive of content creation across multiple formats – written, audio, and video – and social media management
* Development, delivery, and analysis of content performance and digital community engagement
* Copywriting capability across multiple channels
* Social media and digital community strategy and execution
* Current driver's licence
* Current National Police Certificate – or ability to obtain
* Current Influenza Vaccination – or ability to obtain
* National Personal Insolvency Check
Desired Experience
* Working in aged care, home care, or non‐for‐profit sector
* Experience with customer survey programs such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
* Experience with marketing automation platform, CRM, and CMS platform
Salary Sacrifice
As a not‐for‐profit entity, employees can package up to $18,549 per year of taxable income before income tax is calculated. Up to $15,900 a year on everyday expenses and up to $2,649 a year on meal/entertainment benefits.

Your Impactful Role
* Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to boost engagement and brand awareness
* Create engaging stories, social media posts, website copy, and press releases that resonate with diverse audiences
* Build and maintain media relationships, coordinate press events, and secure positive media coverage
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver marketing support for events, fundraising, and outreach initiatives
* Analyse campaign data and report results to stakeholders
About You
* Degree qualification in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
* Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation, and PR
* Creative and strategic thinker who brings fresh ideas and innovative approaches to storytelling
* Tech‐savvy with proficiency in design and digital marketing tools
