About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‐oriented Managed Services Coordinator to join our national Managed Services team. Reporting to the National Manager, Field Service, National Manager, PMO, this role plays a key part in supporting service delivery, administration, and reporting across multiple teams and stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised coordinator who enjoys working across varied tasks, engaging with stakeholders, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and support the National Service Delivery and Field Service inboxes, resolving escalated issues as required
* Review and approve same‐day delivery requests from an outsourced Level 1 helpdesk
* Support State Service Delivery Managers with uniform ordering for Service Technicians
* Assist with monthly service order data corrections for KMI reporting and end‐of‐month billing
* Coordinate travel requests for field technicians for training and service requirements
* Create, maintain, and manage Purchase Orders for the Managed Services team
* Provide ad‐hoc reporting and data administration support when required
* Administer project creation for PMO, IIM, Print Management, and Premium Support teams
* Run and monitor timesheet reports, following up to ensure accurate and timely submissions
* Administer monthly invoicing across PMO, IIM, Print Management, and Premium Support teams
* Review HP product care packs, monthly billing, and annual HP contracts, ensuring alignment with SAP contracts

You will have:
* Hands‐on experience with systems such as SAP (preferred)
* Advanced skills in Microsoft products
* Strong problem‐solving and critical‐thinking ability
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work independently and proactively
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a busy environment
* Valid working rights in Australia
