Do you have a passion for education? The come join us at genU We are looking for **Sessional Trainers** to deliver valuable, job-ready and nationally recognised vocational shorts courses
As a **Sessional Trainer** you will plan and deliver professional and engaging training, you will develop training material including assessments and learning material, and you will assess learner competencies and conduct training reviews to determine the individual needs of clients.
Short courses we deliver include Assist Clients with Medication, First Aid, CPR & Manual Handling.
**There are roles available across Geelong, Werribee & the Melbourne area We offer generous hourly rates and a hybrid working model**
**About You**:
Our ideal **Sessional Trainer **will be an exceptional individual with the skills and enthusiasm to provide our learners with an engaging and meaningful learning experience. They will also have strong administration and office management skills. Have you got what it takes?
- You will need:_
- Qualifications in either of the following below, along with currency in any of the industries:
- Building and Construction
- Warehouse
- Hospitality
- First aid
- Health Care
- Retail
- Housekeeping
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
- Current valid driver's licence and willingness to travel when required
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module or willingness to obtain
- Current Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- All applicants for this role must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and meet the requirements of the genU COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. You will be required to provide evidence of your vaccinations during the recruitment process
