At HCO Disability and Community Services, we are transforming how we deliver services—and we’re looking for a Client Services Lead to take ownership of service delivery excellence across the organisation.
This role is critical in ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with client goals, funding, and organisational expectations.
About the role
You will lead the Client Services function, ensuring service delivery is structured, consistent, compliant and outcome focused.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading service delivery teams and driving performance and accountability
* Ensuring high-quality, client-centred service provision
* Overseeing service utilisation, rostering alignment and delivery efficiency
* Maintaining compliance with NDIS standards and service agreements
* Managing escalations related to service delivery and client outcomes
* Driving continuous improvement across service practices and systems
About you
You are a strong operational leader who balances quality care with commercial and service outcomes.
You will have:
* Experience leading service delivery within disability, health or community services
* Strong understanding of NDIS funding, service agreements and compliance
* Proven leadership and team management capability
* Ability to manage performance, risk and service quality
* A focus on outcomes, accountability and continuous improvement
