About the RoleThe Manager Customer and Community Engagement is responsible for strategic communications, customer service and community engagement for CareSouth. The position holds broad responsibility for the development of communications, marketing, community relations, media management, fundraising, partnerships and customer contact across all audiences to drive the strategic business goals. This opportunity is a 12 month fixed term position which is covering a period of parental leave.
If successful, you will work in conjunction with the Executive Officers and the senior management team, and also be responsible for developing customer, marketing and communications strategies for the key business operational areas in order to drive growth and customer experience. This position is part of the CareSouth Executive Team and as such works together with other members of the team to meet strategic goals, identify and support improvements, and confirm and define projects to help achieve our strategic goals and organisational purpose.
