This role requires an individual who takes pride in maintaining a well-presented home environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of dedicated and caring individuals to enrich and celebrate the lives of residents.
The key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the presentation of the home is of the highest standard
- Working both inside and outside, completing a multitude of different tasks and getting to know residents as you support them with their maintenance requirements
- Coordinating the maintenance program and maintaining accurate records in this interesting role where general handy skills are highly valued
