About the Role
At Tomago Aluminium, we're investing in our people, plant and future. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll bring people together, keep work flowing, and lift performance in a complex, large‐scale industrial environment.
You'll lead a team of skilled tradespeople, delivering planned maintenance while responding to emerging priorities. You'll play a key role in building a workplace where safety is non‐negotiable, work is well‐planned, and equipment runs reliably.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of tradespeople to deliver safe, high‐quality maintenance
* Plan, prioritise and adjust daily and weekly work to meet site needs
* Balance planned work with breakdowns and urgent priorities
* Create a team environment where people feel supported and accountable
* Work closely with operations and planners to keep work coordinated
* Keep a strong focus on safety, risk awareness and compliance
* Identify issues early and drive practical solutions
* Continuously improve how work is planned, executed and reviewed
About you
You're someone who knows how to lead in the field, communicate clearly, and keep a team focused—even when plans change.
You'll Bring
* A trade background (mechanical or electrical) or similar experience
* You're comfortable leading in a fast‐paced, high‐risk industrial environment
* A strong commitment to safety and doing things the right way
* Good judgement, problem‐solving skills and the ability to prioritise
* The confidence to have conversations that drive performance and accountability
