Your Role
This is an opportunity to make a positive impact every day. You will deliver high-quality services with a focus on quality, flexibility, and customised support for people living with a disability. As the Accommodation Disability Support Worker you will provide hands-on support in daily living, personal care, and community participation. You will foster independence and build confidence in those you support. You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver person-centred care.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support in daily living tasks.
* Foster independence and build confidence.
* Work as part of a collaborative team.
* Deliver high-quality care under NDIS guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Certificate III in Disabilities (or equivalent).
Experience in person-centred disability support.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate & NDIS New Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
