We are on the lookout for an energetic ICT Support Technician to join our business.
What We Offer
Guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week it's a Full-time permanent Role
* Hourly pay rate between $28 and $35 depending on experience and performance
* Flexibility is a must as weekends required
Key Responsibilities
* Install or configure software and driver on devices.
* Set up, test, and repair electronic devices (e.g., audio/visual equipment, laptops, smartphones, tablets) to ensure proper functionality and resolve issues.
* Repair and troubleshoot various devices, including laptops, computers, MacBooks, smartphones, iPads, and tablets, by resolving faults, adjusting, repairing, and replacing worn or defective parts and wiring, while maintaining machines, equipment, and instruments.
* Attentive at the front desk to make new tickets and assist in sales support.
* Provide excellent customer service to customers physically as well as over phone support.
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
* Continuously improve your knowledge of our products and services.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
To be successful you will need to:
* Have at least two-year solid relevant experience, or
* Have a relevant NZQF level 4 or an equivalent qualification or higher,
* Be a great team player, be able to follow instructions
* Be physically fit and willingness to work hard
* Good eye for details and an ability to solve problems practically and effectively
* Have "can-do" attitude
