About the Role:
The role of a Lease Coordinator is crucial in whole-of-Government lease procurement and management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in planning and delivering leased assets within our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the leasing team in financial and tenancy management tasks.
* Provide expert advice on commercial leasing for office properties.
* Assist in the delivery of executive or sensitive leasing projects.
* Update lease management systems to ensure seamless tenancy and financial management.
* Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
* Implement leased components of whole-of-Government accommodation strategies.
* Research market conditions and industry trends for Whole-of-Government Office Accommodation Strategic Plans.
* Negotiate and represent at intra-departmental meetings.
* Develop professional networks across the Department.
* Prepare executive correspondence and briefing notes.
