About the Role
As a Banking Consultant in our Retail Banking, you'll play a key role in helping to provide customers with a seamless banking experience. This includes meeting each customer's end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.
You'll have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as conduct in-depth needs-based conversations and fulfill products as per your accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are satisfied and strong advocates for ANZ.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs.
* Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
* Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
* Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
* Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
* Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For

* Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
* Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
* Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
