About The Role
As an
InWork Support Consultant
, your role will be to monitor and provide post placement support to participants in employment, identify barriers to ongoing employment and provide a solution focused approach to assist the participant in maintaining employment.
Location:
Any location in South Australia (office space permitting).
Key Responsibilities
Providing consistent and proactive support to employed participants through regular telephone and/or face-to-face contact.
Monitoring their progress, addressing any challenges they may encounter in the workplace, and offering guidance to help them maintain long-term employment.
Preparing and submitting claim evidence and documentation in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with contractual and organisational requirements.
Identifying and recommending additional or alternative training, resources, or support services based on the individual needs and circumstances of each participant.
Effectively managing a PPS caseload, ensuring all activities are conducted in line with contractual obligations, internal policies, and quality standards.
Maintaining accurate records, meeting performance targets, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
What We Need From You
Experience in Employment Services or clearly demonstrated transferable skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work unsupervised in challenging environments.
Proven experience working in a high-performance driven environment.
Demonstrable ability to build positive working relationships with key stakeholders.
High degree of self-motivation.
Strong engagement and relationship building skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel suites of programs.
Requirements to be Considered
Eligibility to work in Australia.
A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
A
MyGovID
(Standard level).
Willing to complete a National Police Check.
Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
Available to work full-time Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
