Endless Support Services is a NDIS-registered provider based in Logan delivering community access supports and preparing to expand into Short-Term Accommodation (STA).
We are entering a structured growth phase and are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to stabilise operations, build workforce systems, and deliver measurable business growth over the next 6 months.
This is not an admin role. This is a leadership position with clear KPIs tied to performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Oversee and optimise rostering systems
Maintain 100% compliant staff documentation
Implement operational dashboards and reporting systems
Recruitment & Workforce Development
Lead end-to-end recruitment of support workers
Develop structured interview and screening processes
Improve staff retention and performance standards
Build workforce capacity to support growth
Training & Onboarding Systems
Design and implement structured onboarding program
Develop induction modules covering NDIS compliance, documentation standards, and incident reporting
Create shadow shift and mentoring processes
Growth & STA Preparation
Support onboarding of new participants
Strengthen referral relationships
Develop STA operational readiness plan
Prepare staffing, risk, and compliance structure for STA
Support launch of first STA booking within contract period
6-Month Performance KPIs
Rostering fully transitioned from Director
Overtime reduced
100% staff file compliance achieved
Structured onboarding system implemented
Participant growth from 7 to minimum 10+
Revenue increase of minimum 25%
At least one confirmed STA booking secured
Contract extension considered upon successful KPI achievement.
About You
Minimum 2+ years NDIS provider operations experience
Strong understanding of SCHADS Award
Proven experience building onboarding or training systems
Demonstrated recruitment and workforce leadership experience
Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance requirements
Experience with STA or SIL highly regarded
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable outcomes
ABN required.
