We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join the Finance team reporting to the Group Payroll Manager. This opportunity will see you effectively action and support the payroll function across Support Services and operational sites.
**Other responsibilities will include**:
- Processing end to end payroll - weekly and monthly in a timely manner
- Prepare Payroll reports
- Ensure all data records and document controls are up to date and correct in all systems (Workday, SAP and Payroll system).
- Ensure ATO, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, and Portable LSL payments are done in a timely manner.
- Process Leave and Termination payments
- End of financial years payroll processing and assist with internal and external Audits
- Resolve payroll queries in timely and professional manner
**About You**:
It is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
- At least three (5) years' experience in end to end payroll in a high volume environment;
- Advanced computer literacy and numeracy skills;
- Experience with SAP, Micropay SAGE software, SAP, and Workday
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across the business.
