Position Overview
We are seeking Laboratory Technicians for the Geochemistry Spectroscopy team in Malaga. This is a full‐time role primarily responsible for the operation, calibration, and maintenance of ICPMS, ICPOES, and AAS instrumentation. Initially, the position will be on day shift during the training period. After training, the successful candidate will be expected to work on a weekly rotating roster that includes day and afternoon shifts, with occasional weekend work.
Responsibilities
* Analyse samples using ICPMS, ICPOES and/or AAS instrumentation.
* Perform instrument/equipment calibration and maintenance as required.
* Troubleshoot instrument and quality issues.
* Ensure client turnaround times are met.
* Work autonomously once training is complete.
* Other duties as the role progresses.
Qualifications
* Graduates and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

* Ability to multi‐task and produce accurate results.
* Willingness to work shifts, including day, afternoon, and occasional weekend.
* Previous experience with ICPOES, AAS, and/or ICPMS is desirable.
