* We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Job Coach. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment by providing guidance, training, and job placement services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, employers, and community stakeholders, and possess a passion for helping people achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities

* Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized employment plans
* Provide coaching and mentoring to help clients develop job search skills, improve their employability, and increase their confidence
* Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities and negotiate placements
* Support clients throughout the job placement process, including preparing them for interviews and ensuring a smooth transition into employment
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of services provided and make recommendations for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications

* A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people, including those with disabilities
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, employers, and community stakeholders
* A valid driver's license is preferred but not essential
