The Reality of the Role (Is This You?): This is a physical, hands-on role where safety and efficiency are paramount.
* The Muscle: You are physically fit and capable of repetitively lifting 30kg+ (mattresses and furniture). You aren't afraid of a bit of sweat.
* The Driver: You hold a current MR Licence (Manual) and have a clean driving record. This is CRITICAL and non-negotiable.
* The Face: You are friendly, presentable, and professional. You are the last person the customer sees, so you need to leave them smiling.
* The Safety Pro: You take care of your vehicle, your mates, and yourself. You follow procedure because you know shortcuts lead to accidents.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Deliver the Dream: Driving our MR Manual truck to customer homes, unloading with care, and assembling furniture.
* Master the Warehouse: Receiving stock, picking orders, and keeping the warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
* Solve Problems: Using common sense to fix delivery issues on the spot so the customer is sorted.
The Non-Negotiables:
* MR Manual Licence (Essential).
* Weekend Availability (Retail doesn't stop on Saturdays, and neither do we—this is essential).
* Right to Work in Australia.
* Willingness to undergo a Police Check (Essential for entering homes).
