The Geelong West Toy Library is looking for volunteers to help us run our borrowing sessions. The particular focus of this role will involve checking in toys that have been returned, returning toys to the shelves, and checking out toys. The environment is relaxed and supportive, you will be working as part of a team with other volunteers.
Geelong West Toy Library is a volunteer run not for profit organisation that offers families a variety of high quality and educational toys at a low cost. We have over 140 members and over 1,000 toys.
Our session run **Thursday from 9:15-10:45** and **Saturday from 9:15-11:15**. We are looking for people who can commit to at least 1 session per fortnight so there is a consistent/familiar face for members when they come in.
**Tasks and Responsibilities:**
- Using a computer to return toys and check out toys
- Checking returned toys and counting pieces
- Returning toys to the shelves
- Assisting the Coordinator with general tasks as needed

Please note applicants must be 18+ for this volunteer role and have a Working With Children's Check (free for volunteers). This role will require you to be available either Thursday or Saturday mornings.
