Job Description
We are looking for a motivated people person to take the reins and provide leadership to the small team of hospitality professionals. Reporting to the Vice President Operations WA & TAS, you will be exposed to a highly diverse role with “hands on” accountability for the hotel's financial, sales, people & culture, and corporate social responsibility activity.

* Recruit, integrate, develop, and coach a small but strong team.
* Add value to the Accor network by building strong brand and customer loyalty.
* Maintain a consistent and responsible approach to cost control.
* Continuously improve product and service quality.
* Initiate, lead and manage capital expenditure projects.
* Make high‑level commercial decisions based on a consultative approach with the shared service team.
Qualifications

* Previous experience as a Senior Head of Department or General Manager.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to interpret and draw conclusions from financial documents with ease.
* Demonstrated ability to develop team members and engage employees at all levels.
* Thorough knowledge of all hotel operations.
* Innovative approach and strong drive for results.
