Are you an expert in workforce development and instructional design? We are seeking a Senior People specialist to lead our efforts in identifying people capability needs, developing strategic workforce priorities, and creating engaging learning experiences for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with stakeholders to design and develop high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our staff.
\
2. Provide expert guidance on instructional design principles and best practices to support the development of our employees.
\
3. Coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate internal and external learning solutions to support staff growth and development.
\
4. Work collaboratively with Assistant Directors and the Director, People Capability Development to ensure alignment with strategic workforce priorities.
\
5. Identify opportunities for improvement in our people capability framework and implement changes to enhance its effectiveness.
\
6. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
\
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in workforce development and instructional design to inform our strategies and approaches.
\
8. Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to people capability development.
\
9. Collaborate with other teams to identify and address gaps in our people capability framework.
\
10. Develop and deliver training programs and resources to support staff development and capacity building.
\
11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our people capability initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.

12. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
