The Position
Office-based role in a fast-paced Property Management team (no routine inspections, viewings or final bonds—occasional cover only)
* Be the go-to "help hub" for all tenant enquiries – phone, email & front desk
* Make move-ins feel easy, welcoming & stress-free with smooth tenant inductions
* Keep the tenancy journey flowing: new leases, renewals, vacates & break leases
* Coordinate the moving parts—inspections, pet applications & tenancy admin (with tidy checklists to keep you sane)
* Support tenants with rent queries, keeping things clear, calm & under control
* Assist with tenancy applications and onboarding new residents into their new homes
* Own the front desk buzz—busy moments, walk‐ins & calls handled with confidence and a smile
* Guide tenants through maintenance requests (support only—no full maintenance workload)

The Criteria
* Minimum of one-year previous experience in Property Management.
* Current PM Registration and Driver's license required.
* Strong admin and customer service
