As a key member of our team, you will provide financial and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Management:
o Enter all program contract budgets into a financial management system for approval and review.
o Reconcile all financial documents for payment, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
o Prepare and send correctly rendered invoices to clients.
o Manage end-of-month finance processes, including payroll checks and reconciliations.
o Monitor and track transactions in consultation with the Operations Manager to ensure adequate funds are available.
* Administrative Support:
o Provide general program administration support and assistance to the team.
o Assist with travel arrangements and coordinate logistics as required.
o Undertake other administrative tasks as necessary, including backstopping the Operations Manager when on leave.
Requirements
* We are seeking an individual with:
o 2-5 years of relevant experience in finance and administration, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
o Familiarity with financial management systems and software applications.
o Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
o Intermediate to advanced level skills in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
o Ability to work effectively in a small team, contributing positively to team operations and relationships.
o Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
