* Experience as an Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a premium a-la-carte dining environment
* Proven track record in leading a high performing team
* Exceptional service skills and guest focus
* Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment and high-pressure service periods
* Proven ability in building effective relationships
* Organisational and time management skills
* Exceptional communication and presentation
* Available and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
