* Develop and deliver training programs to staff to advance their understanding of injury management.

Requirements
* Comprehensive understanding of industry standards and protocols.
* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as an allied health practitioner or in a personal injury insurance setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and communicate complex information effectively.
* Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health or disability discipline, or strong practical experience in identifying, reviewing, and coordinating services for people with chronic injuries.
