About the Role As an Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key customers within the personal care and life sciences sectors. You’ll be the main point of contact for clients, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing customer accounts, identifying opportunities to increase product penetration and sales. Develop strong relationships with key clients and suppliers to understand their needs and deliver value-added solutions. Collaborate with technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to support customer projects and ensure successful product delivery. Prepare and deliver account plans, sales forecasts, and performance reports. Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to proactively address customer needs. Support the broader sales strategy by contributing to new business development initiatives. About You 5 years’ experience in account management, sales, or technical sales within the personal care, life sciences, or specialty ingredients sector. Strong technical understanding of ingredients used in cosmetics, skin care, hair care, pharmaceuticals, or related categories. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, with a customer-focused mindset and strong commercial acumen. Tertiary qualifications in chemistry, life sciences, business, or a related field are advantageous.
