The Role
Supervising crews and subcontractor
Coordinating earthworks, drainage, concrete, retaining and service installations
Ensuring plans, scopes and QA documents are followed
Managing day-to-day site productivity, safety and quality
Liaising with clients, builders and internal teams
Tracking progress, forecasting needs and solving problems before they become issues
Making sure the work is done on time and on budget
The Criteria
Background in civil site supervision or a step-up Leading Hand ready for more
Strong understanding of earthworks, civil services, drainage and concrete
Ability to read drawings, manage crews and run day-to-day site operations
Experience on industrial or commercial civil packages in Australia
