You will be working at one of our great host venues, working with large quantities of food and a variety of seasonal ingredients. Key activities you can expect will be: Assist in the preparation, cooking and serving of Italian cuisine dishes Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, choppers, fryers, steamers under supervision. Learn different knife and cooking techniques. Clean, maintain and store kitchen equipment appropriately. Must be able to work evenings, weekends & public holidays if required!
