Senior Interior Designer – Workplace
Sydney | Permanent | $100k–$130k + Super (depending on experience)
Are you an experienced Interior Designer with a passion for creating meaningful workplace environments? This is an opportunity to step into a senior role within one of Sydney's most respected design studios — a practice known for its collaborative culture, beautifully resolved interiors and strong client partnerships.
You'll join a talented team of designers working across major commercial and workplace projects for leading Australian brands. The studio has a reputation for design excellence — they're strategic, professional, and deeply connected to the way people experience space.
The role:
* Lead concept development, space planning, and detailed design for workplace projects
* Work closely with clients to translate strategy into design outcomes
* Manage and mentor junior team members
* Collaborate with architects, project managers and consultants through all project stages
* 360 designer still capable in Revit
You:
* 7+ years' experience in interior design, ideally within the workplace sector
* Strong conceptual and design development skills
* Confident client communicator and natural team leader
* Proficient in Revit and Adobe Suite
* Passionate about delivering projects that blend functionality, creativity and culture
