About the role
Care Connector is seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses (EN) and Supports Workers to join our team in NSW. There are part-time and casual opportunities to provide high-quality home and community care to individuals with disabilities. You'll be an integral part of our mission to help our clients live independently and with dignity.
What you'll be doing
- Providing personalised, compassionate care to clients in their homes
- Assisting with activities of daily living such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans to meet each client\'s unique needs
- Collaborating with allied health professionals and families to ensure coordinated care
- Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
- We are looking for part-time Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Support Workers to join our community care team.
- This role is ideal for RN students seeking hands-on experience in complex community care.

What we're looking for
- Nurses working towards or Enrolled nurse (EN) qualifications and current AHPRA registration
- Minimum Cert. III in disability
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in aged care, disability, or community nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and client-focused approach
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Current driver\'s licence and reliable vehicle
