We are looking for a skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Attendant to provide high-quality service across our dining and bar operations. The successful candidate will manage a designated section, support FOH team coordination, and contribute to the overall guest experience in line with our service standards and legislative requirements.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver professional food and beverage service across designated sections to the highest standard
Manage table service including ordering, upselling, and bill processing via POS systems
Greet, seat and farewell guests in a courteous and professional manner
Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, specials, wine and beverage lists
Coordinate FOH team operations and support shift activities as directed
Assist with stock management, cash handling and end-of-shift administration
Support induction and on-the-job training of new FOH team members
Ensure compliance with RSA obligations, Food Safety (HACCP) and venue policies
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the venue throughout service
Communicate and resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally
