Disability Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care services.


Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate professional to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in assessing participants' physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments.

You will interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant, providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants achieve their full potential.

Working closely with your Allied Health Manager, you will engage with and educate key stakeholders to grow our service and contribute to the development of others within the broader team.


Key Responsibilities:

* Assessing participants' physical level of function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
* Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
* Providing therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of life
* Working with your Allied Health Manager to engage with and educate key business stakeholders and grow our service


Requirements:

* Current registration with AHPRA as a Physiotherapist
* Excellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseload
* A pro-active attitude and interest in continually developing your skills
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
